Tradition meets trendsetters. Since September 2017 Oslo's shopping centre dating back to 1862 is richer by one attraction. Elkjøp, the leading retailer of electrical equipment in the kingdom, is treading new paths with its flagship store in the capital. Technical equipment and IT are presented to the customers over an area of 1500 square metres in a completely new light and design.
The lighting concept for the technical equipment store with elements in black and wood lives from clear ambient lighting with varying acccentuations. It has already proven successful in Denmark and Sweden: flexible and exciting lighting solutions for goods with lots of reflection surfaces and altogether adapted to centre areas with their frequently rather low ceilings. For this project, the cooperation of the local lighting specialist "Lightmakers" with Oktalite proved successful.
