The US company “Under Armour” is a world leader in body-hugging and temperature regulating functional clothing for sports and leisure. The brand advertises with, among other things, the power and innovative force of its materials such as charged cotton®, a fabric blend of water-repellent and hygroscopic cotton fibres which makes extremely light and fast-drying products like jackets, shirts or shoes possible. For the new “Under Armour” branch in Pretoria, South Africa, it was necessary to present the advantages of these products in the best light. With its partner “Euroconcepts” on the spot, Oktalite installed a new LED lighting concept over an area of 200 square metres.
Here the surface-mounted directional spotlight LOBU with the white light colour “Best Colour” was used throughout. Its advantages: the best colour rendition and excellent light distribution in every tilted position ensure the ideal illumination of the brightly coloured goods and a clear accentuation of important product details of the cult label.LOBU’s cool, white design adapts ideally to the furnishing of the new store geared to functionality and performance.
